Position Overview
Duties include managing & overseeing :
Sales - Lead from the front in selling units and motivate team to meet desired targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and increase pre-owned volumes
- Drive profitability across all deals, including 1st and 2nd gross, in line with OEM and shareholder targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to adjust pricing and sales strategies
- Manage all leads and opportunities through the CMS to ensure maximum conversion
- Work closely with F&I, New Vehicle Sales, and Aftersales to optimise deal structures and overall profitability
Marketing - Implement targeted marketing initiatives to increase enquiries, showroom traffic, and customer engagement
