Position Overview

Job Summary

The Sell in and B2B Customer Service Associate will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction for our US and Canada Sell in and B2B customers. The role manages customer inquiries, processes orders, delivery documents and invoicing, and collaborates with the Customer Service Manager to improve documentation and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
