Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients, prioritising their needs.
• Deliver high‑quality HR consulting, including training, leadership development and operational development.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network and business development plan.
• Use available marketing collateral, blog content and the iReport platform to attract and retain clients.
• Manage business operations, forecasts and reporting in line with the franchise model.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional, preferably an HR Director or Specialist.
