Responsibilities
- Supervise all Bar and Restaurant services to ensure customer service quality.
- Support the service as needed.
- Analyze customer survey results and develop improvement plans.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all food and beverage sales points and adequate stocking of beverages and supplies.
- Ensure sanitation standards compliance and conduct quality and safety audits.
- Provide direct customer service, resolving inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and guaranteeing satisfaction.
- Plan, supervise, and control group events such as weddings, baptisms, etc.
- Suggest actions to the hotel director to increase sales of strategic products.
- Collaborate in leading the Bar and Restaurant team, participating in selection, training, and evaluation.
