Salary: 45.00 hourly / 35 hours per week. Permanent employment, Full time. LMIA requested. Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Time management.
