Description
Position Purpose As a LONG Security Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems in commercial, industrial, government, and corrections environments. This role involves working independently on routine service tasks and collaborating with project teams on more complex assignments. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that systems are operating efficiently and effectively while addressing any technical concerns that arise. You will also mentor, coach and guide junior service technicians in a team environment.
