Position Overview
Job Description: • Carry out on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of security equipment as needed • Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance of systems such as CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Integrated Security Management Systems • Respond to customer service requests in a prompt and professional manner • Be the main point of contact for all customer-related enquiries • Work with principals, suppliers, and system engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems • Coordinate with relevant parties and end-users throughout the project lifecycle • Liaise with suppliers or principals to source and arrange spare parts • Conduct product demonstrations for customers when required • Be part of a scheduled rotation for on-call support duties • Perform any other tasks assigned as part of the role
