Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile Security Systems Administrator / Service Technician to support Netflix’s Albuquerque (ABQ) Studios. This role requires a unique blend of expertise, combining global system administration of Netflix’s Genetec environment with hands-on technician capabilities to diagnose and resolve advanced hardware issues in the field.
The position is based in Albuquerque, NM, supporting critical operations during standard business hours. The candidate will reside within a commutable distance to ensure rapid on-site response and will play a key role in maintaining system reliability by adhering to strict service level expectations.
