Summary:
The Security Supervisor leads a team of security officers to maintain a safe and secure hospital environment for all persons using the organization’s facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Leads daily operations of a security team. Schedules staff coverage and assigns officers to work areas. Assists with performance evaluation and counseling.
• Investigates and documents patient interventions. Writes and reviews reports for accuracy. Authors use of force reports with complete narratives. Ensures daily activity logs are submitted at the end of the shift. Provides hand-off communication to the next shift.
