**Description:** You will be the Security Rep Senior on the MFC Archbald Security team. Our team is responsible for providing multi disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the Archbald facility.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Security Rep Senior, you will be responsible for interpretation and execution of contract security guidance, advising program leadership on assessed security risks, shaping policy, and protecting critical assets.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Implement, and administer security policies, procedures, and collateral security controls in compliance with the NISPOM, DFARS, and other related directives.
• Deliver security education and training programs for personnel and visitors.
• Investigate security incidents, draft corrective action reports, and drive preventive measures.
