RESPONSIBILITIES

A $1,000 Sign-On bonus is available to full-time, external candidates in exchange for a two (2) year commitment.

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Patrols the buildings and grounds of The Queen’s Medical Center (QMC) as well as the outlying properties to provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, medical staff and the protection to property.
• Greets, assists and provides service to patients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performs duties relative to accomplishing the QMC Emergency Preparedness function.

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: Standing, sitting, walking, running, driving/riding of a bicycle, twisting/side bending, climbing, squatting, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting 30 to 50 pounds, carrying 35 to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds of force.
