As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring our Club remains safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. Beyond ensuring security, you will also be part of creating positive experiences for those who come through our entrances each day. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day security duties across the Club. Ensure members, guests, and staff comply with Club Rules and Policies. Manage access control at main entrances and other key duty points. Provide warm, professional customer service to all members, guests, and visitors. Conduct staff and membership checks when required. Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies (e.g. fire alarms, first aid situations). Patrol Club premises and reports any irregularities or safety concerns.
