Job Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols and security checks within hotel premises and report any suspicious, maintenance and/ or hazardous concerns to the Security Manager. Provide crowd and traffic control within the premises, including during VIPs visits and official events. Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents to the Security Manager. Prepare Incident Report pertaining to all safety and security related incidents after the necessary actions have been taken. Manage undesirable behavior in a professional manner, intervene and defuse potential altercations. Constantly remain updated on fire evacuation procedures, and handle catastrophic situations such as bomb threats and evacuation procedures effectively. Oversee carpark operations and render assistance where necessary. Assist Front Desk Office with luggage and transport arrangements.
