Duties and Responsibilities - To carry out the daily deployment duties and specified tasks at the different duty points.
- Smile & greet all incoming and exiting patients/visitors.
- Assist to open/close arriving/departing vehicles at the front lobby.
- Proactive assistance to arriving/departing patients/visitors (wheelchair, trolley etc).
- Provide directional assistance by assisting in taxi call services, wheelchair/portering coordination.
- Ensure smooth flow of vehicles on the road, in the carparks and coordination of taxi flow and service.
- To assist in the efficient running of, and in all matters relating to car park management.
- Ensure and administer Key, Card Access Control & Administration and Contractor Management (Pass issue).
