Position Overview

The Millennia Commercial Group is looking for experienced Security Officers to join our team at the iconic Key Center in Downtown Cleveland. This role is vital to the support of our residents, guest, and property as we strive to provide the highest quality of service to this Critical Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Tenant Experience

+ Provide white-glove customer service to tenants, guests, vendors, and executive clientele

+ Serve as the first point of contact for lobby inquiries and visitor assistance

+ Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

+ De-escalate conflicts with tact, diplomacy, and customer service

+ Support building events and VIP visits with discretion and professionalism
