Atlantic Health is seeking a Security Officer for the Security Department– Days and Shift Hours may vary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ The selected candidate must be able to work, first, second and third shifts, weekends and Holidays and over time as required. Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours in duration.

+ Must be available for call back as required.

+ Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for at least 4 hours at a time.

+ The candidate must be able to attend mandatory training sessions.

+ Proficiency with computers is required.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with the department's computer system are essential.

+ The selected candidate must be able to engage with patients, visitors, and staff.
