We’re looking for an inspiring Security Manager to lead our dedicated security team and help create an exceptional, safe experience for every guest who visits our park. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring our environment is welcoming, secure, and running smoothly. 

You’ll take the lead in recruiting, training, and developing your team - empowering them to deliver outstanding service and support across the park.  

What you will be doing...

Planning resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security.  

Utilising Security team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a deterrent and preventing situations where necessary.  

Ensuring compliance with security assignment instructions.  

Managing incidents and situations, ensuring correct escalation, and reporting.   

Managing security technology and CCTV.
