Position Overview
- Lead, manage, and develop a security team of ~60 personnel across three production sites
- Design and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Ensure effective protection of employees, facilities, equipment, etc.
- Oversee physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and ensure their optimal use
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with plant management and cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with local laws, internal standards, and corporate security policies
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans for senior management
- Manage crisis situations and emergency response across all facilities
