Job Description:
Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to ensure site safety, security, and compliance with policies and procedures.Control access by monitoring entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors; unlock and secure buildings as scheduled.Maintain a professional, visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and prohibited activities.Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems; investigate and respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and policy breaches.Prepare accurate incident, activity, and maintenance reports using electronic guard tour systems.Provide courteous assistance to staff and visitors, de-escalate conflicts, and support individuals in distress.Liaise with police, fire, and medical personnel during emergencies and assist with evacuations or crowd control as needed.Manage key and equipment sign-out logs, handle lost and found items, and report unsafe or hazardous condition...
