Key Responsibilities
Monitor the premises during the evening hours to ensure the security of the property and its occupants.Perform regular checks and patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security doors, windows, and gates are secure.Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing for signs of crime, disorder, or hazard.Document nightly operations in a logbook, recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.Enforce property rules and regulations as required.Handle any security-related issues or emergency situations with calmness and professionalism.
