Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance. You will also lead security training for personnel and ensure adherence to security procedures across the hotel, while maintaining good communication and work relationships in all areas of the hotel.
Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel, engage in the implementation of safety and security procedures for the department, and provide assistance and advice to other departments in relation to security.
