Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on securitisation transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex deals.Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documentation such as offering memoranda, security agreements, trust deeds, and ancillary documents.Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with securitisation structures.Manage domestic and cross-border transactions and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.Liaise with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends impacting securitisation and provide guidance accordingly.
