The founders are former Wall Street bankers with over a decade each of institutional banking experience and have significant experience bringing innovative financial products to market.

The operations team is core to everything the company does — managing transaction processing, counterparty management, and the ongoing obligations of a depositary receipts provider. In this role, you will work directly with the founding team and grow into a senior role as the company scales.
