**The Opportunity**

This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of MBS, Securitization, and Warehouse Lending Operations within Cash Securities. We are looking for an institutional builder who takes complete ownership, not just a manager. You will take on full responsibility for the MBS Allocations and MBS Settlements functions, two teams at the core of our operational delivery.

This isn't a role for a caretaker. We need a leader who can look at complex processes, simplify them, and bring a creative, pragmatic spin to how we operate. You are here to challenge the status quo, elevate capability, and make a measurable impact.
