The Sec & Derivatives Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position focusing on the critical function of new issuance closings for Debt and Equity Capital Markets. This role is integral to facilitating the smooth and efficient closing of new issuance syndicate deals, collaborating closely with trading desks, branch offices, and the Syndicate Operations team.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Independently manage and execute the end-to-end syndicate process for new issuance closings with limited supervision, ensuring timely wire payments, security settlement, and security setup.
+ Obtain and manage security identifiers from various agencies (e.g., CUSIP Bureau, Euroclear, Clearstream) and accurately set them up within the DTCC Portal.
+ Interpret complex deal term sheets and prospectus language to ensure accurate processing and compliance.
