About You :
1. Hospitality & Service Training (Preferred but Not Required)
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Service from institutions such as:
- TAFE NSW – Certificate III or IV in Hospitality
- Le Cordon Bleu, William Blue College, or equivalent hospitality programs
- Industry-specific short courses in table service, customer engagement, or fine dining etiquette are advantageous.
2. Wine & Beverage Knowledge (Highly Valued)
- WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 1 or 2 in Wines (preferred for understanding wine service and pairings).
