Requirements:

• Matric


• 5+ years of supervisory experience.


• National diploma in Management, Operations or a 3-year Technical related qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the achievement of operations targets and standards and assist management with improvements in work procedures and systems.


• Monitor safety, health and environmental practices against company standards and ensure that variances are satisfactorily accounted for and dealt with.
