Report to local & Global R&D teams about the CCS evaluations and support to GCC NSCs for the field adoption.
Dealing with external partners & test laboratories to support CCS EV testings.
Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
Conduct benchmarking activities against competitor models analysing market trend field quality data customer feedback media impression NSC inputs competitiveness assessment with other brands and propose the key changes inputs for future models to design / test and manufacturing teams.
Conduct customer interviews and surveys to understand customer requirements and usage create market design standards to ensure release of the optimal model in the market.
