**Description**

The Construction Quality Section Manager is responsible for the leadership and execution of quality activities within a section supporting the Heavy Industrial OGC Global Practice in the Construction group. This includes focusing on implementing quality strategies, supporting project execution, and developing staff, while promoting the Burns & McDonnell culture of quality in alignment with the firm's mission and values and mission.



+ Provide leadership and direction to section staff, including work assignment, staff utilization, performance management, professional development, and support for workforce planning efforts as needed.
