WPS have a fantastic opportunity for a Section Manager or Assistant Site Manager to join our Planned Works team in the Barnsley area, delivering refurbishment programmes across occupied social housing properties.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of planned maintenance workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit an experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to step up , or an established Section Manager with a background in social housing planned works .

Typical programmes include kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, internal and external refurbishments , working closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
