Position Overview
- Manages Core Banking & Cards systems which are mission critical systems in the bank.
- Manages local and cross border services delivery and ensure it meets SLA and KPI which includes service improvement, recovery and resolution
- Manages risks related matters associated to the applications under the portfolio
- Stakeholder management β reporting to senior management on health of service delivery, application risks status, deliverables and progress updates
- Works closely with management and counterparts in Singapore as part of delivery
- Manages business unitsβ key stakeholders in terms of service delivery, key issues and expectation
- Manages and monitor service delivery and performance of various vendors
- Manages contracts and financial matters of applications under the portfolio
- Plan, implement and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring budget are achieved together with cost savings target
