- To manage and coordinate the General Manager’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings - To prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and other related documents in Thai, Chinese, and English - To support the General Manager’s personal errands, appointments, reservations, and personal activities - To organise the General Manager's personal and family passports, visas, and other essential records - To ensure all personal and family-related matters are handled with discretion, accuracy, and timeliness - To serve as a liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager - To maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and management information - To perform other administrative duties as assigned by the General Manager.
