Responsibilities Carries out and coordinates all day-to-day administrative/clerical activities for personnel, which includes analyzing the subject, phase, or issues involved in individual assignments and selecting the best method to complete the project. Schedules appointments, resolves conflicts by arranging appointments based on knowledge of the leadershipβs priorities. Coordinates with staff and works closely with other secretaries providing guidance on administrative matters. Operates a computer and auxiliary equipment to perform automated word processing functions. Locating and assembling various information for use in report briefings and meetings.
