Summary The Secretary (OA) provides a wide variety of administrative support for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (HCS) Executive Leadership Team (ELT) which is comprised of the highest-ranking senior executives within the healthcare organization. The incumbent is assigned as a direct report to a member of the ELT to provide administrative coordination and support. Responsibilities Secretary (OA) duties include but are not limited to: Coordinates scheduling for the ELT including meetings, event coordination, calendar management Manages reoccurring obligations such as due council/committee reports, minutes and engagements Manage meeting logistics, setting up devices necessary Serve as travel arranger/coordinator Purchase card holder, order supplies, inventory management Serve as timekeeper Support personnel and Human Resource functions Serve as public face for the ELT by greeting Veterans, Congressional representatives, staff, vendors, community partners and other visitors Office sof...
