Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role based in Islamabad. The Secretary will manage day-to-day office administration, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records and filing systems, and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
The role involves coordinating internal and external communication, answering telephone and email inquiries, greeting visitors, and providing courteous front-desk support when required. The Secretary will support company secretarial activities such as preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and assisting with documentation for regulatory or corporate filings. The position also includes providing executive administrative assistance, tracking tasks and deadlines, and collaborating with project and finance teams to ensure timely circulation of information and documentation.
