Responsibilities
Being responsible for important documents, secretary tasks, and position as office manager.Managing agendas, scheduling meetings, and appointments, taking minutes, and preparing presentations (when needed).Supporting travel arrangements, ticket bookings, flight bookings, etc.Take care of the reimbursements, invoices, and receipts. Answering phone calls and responding to emails. Qualifications
25 - 40 years old.Bachelor's Degree in a related field.Excellent command of English.More than 2-3 years of experience in secretarial work.Flexible.
