Position Overview

Our client is doing business in Real Estate. 

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for important documents, secretary tasks, and position as office manager.
  • Managing agendas, scheduling meetings, and appointments, taking minutes, and preparing presentations (when needed).
  • Supporting travel arrangements, ticket bookings, flight bookings, etc.
  • Take care of the reimbursements, invoices, and receipts. 
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Qualifications

  • 25 - 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • More than 2-3 years of experience in secretarial work.
