A growing defense and space manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join its Space Federal team. This individual will lead the development, integration, and verification of complex satellite ground resource management, communications, and control programs, playing a critical role in delivering mission‑focused solutions for government customers. Based in Colorado Springs, this role requires proven program leadership across systems development, engineering, site construction, integration, and verification, with multiple development efforts executed in parallel. The Senior Program Manager will lead and coordinate multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Business Development, Security, and Facilities, to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer requirements.
