Your key responsibilities will include:
Operations & Maintenance
Ensure continuous and efficient operation of HVAC systems, RO plants, and mechanical infrastructure.
Oversee daily monitoring and performance checks of secondary services equipment.
Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Technical Oversight
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and utility systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
