Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Education or matching subject
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, or equivalent)
- Experience with the American curriculum or IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP) preferred
- Minimum 2-3+ years of teaching experience in international or high-performing schools
- Strong ability to deliver standards-based and inquiry-based learning
- Experience teaching in multicultural and English-medium environments
- Strong classroom management and ability to support differentiated learning
- Familiarity with assessment-driven teaching (including AP/IB-style expectations in senior years)
- Willingness to meet UAE licensing and professional registration requirements
