Overview

The Learning Enhancement Teacher will support students with diverse learning needs under the guidance of the Head of Learning Enhancement or Senior Leader, promoting an inclusive and supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality teaching support to students with learning difficulties, disabilities, behavioural challenges, and gifted & talented learners.
• Develop and manage Individual Education Plans (IEPs) collaboratively with teachers, parents, and specialists for students of determination and those on Level3 interventions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and provide timely advice to parents regarding support services.
• Guide and support teachers in implementing differentiated and modified curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records and file student support plans, progress reports, and SEQTA entries.
