**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and dependable **Lead Mechanic** to oversee second shift operations in our fleet maintenance department. This role is critical to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of our trucks and equipment. **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and supervise second shift mechanics and technicians. Based on workload provided by manager.
+ Oversee the Preventive Maintenance Program
