Description We are looking for an experienced SEC Compliance Manager/Director to lead external reporting and regulatory compliance activities for a growing organization in The Woodlands, Texas. This role will oversee the preparation and review of filings, strengthen reporting controls, and partner with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely disclosures.
