Our client, a growing publicly traded company, is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting & ESG Accounting Specialist to join their corporate reporting team. This newly created role reflects the company’s commitment to transparency, compliance, and sustainability. The position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones to align with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other required disclosures.

+ Lead ESG reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and alignment with recognized sustainability frameworks (e.g., SASB, TCFD, GRI, ISSB).
