POSITION SUMMARY
The Seasonal Youth Counselor is a dynamic member of the onboard youth program and actively promotes the Camp at Sea pillars of Art, Culinary, Recreation and STEM. This position works with the guidance of Youth Program Manager to execute the day-to-day youth activities (ages: 3-17), toddler time, family programming, babysitting and holiday activation. The Youth team is responsible for the successful delivery of the Camp at Sea program, ensuring that all activities and events are operating within Celebrity Cruises Standard Operating Procedures and USPH guidelines. This position is also responsible for the execution of partnership activation while adhering to guidelines.
