Position Overview
The Seasonal Process Assistant role is a short-term assignment for the Prime season. The Seasonal PA will be the point-of-contact for a department within the FC and work to continuously improve the functionality and level of service that the FCs provide to our customers. The Seasonal PA is also to exceed departmental safety, quality and productivity goals. They will provide leadership, daily coaching and recommend/ escalate performance issues of associates to the area managers. The Seasonal PA will report to either the Area Manager or Operations Manager based on building structure.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
• Provide seasonal relief coverage for Area Managers
