Position Overview
Shift: 6:45 AM-6:45 PM
Hourly Rate: $15.90 an hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Operate, monitor, and adjust processing and packaging equipment
+ Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
+ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
+ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
+ Accurately enter and track production data using computer systems
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
**Working Conditions:**
+ Environment ranges from **cold, ready-to-eat areas to temperatures as low as -30°F**
+ Prolonged periods of **standing, walking, and repetitive motion**
+ Exposure to loud machinery and fast-moving production lines
+ Must be comfortable working in wet and cold conditions
