Job Summary:
Must be available to work alternate shifts. Please note pass days are subject to change based on operational needs. Overtime and holiday work will be required based on operational needs. Position involves exposure to various weather conditions and will require overtime in response to these conditions. Duties include, but not limited to: remove snow from Upstate parking garages, parking lots, sidewalks, stairs, and walkways with trucks, tractors, bobcats, loaders, walk behind snow blower and shovels; mix salt and sand for use on walkways and roads; operate a truck mounted salt spreader. May also perform routine manual activities and assist skilled and semi-skilled trades in Labor Crew in various tasks. Must have the ability to use various hand/power tools and motorized equipment such as salt spreader, plow truck and tractor.
