About the team
Aim to support TikTok’s vertical search business, serving global users’ discovery needs. Centered on user intent understanding, the team conducts user-centric experience evaluations and assesses model and strategy capabilities to identify key gaps and opportunities in search performance. In close partnership with Product and Engineering, we define, optimize, and iterate search product features and strategies to deliver accurate, high-quality content and services, driving better user experience and business outcomes. - Lead product operations for TikTok’s vertical search business, driving user experience optimization, strategy iteration, and business growth across multiple search scenarios.
