About the team

The ADSO Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function. Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and in-depth analyses to proactively detect user experience problems, identify new growth opportunities, and provide business insights.
2. Independently managed the full lifecycle of search evaluation projects, initial planning and delivery frameworks, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution and actionable analytical insights.
3. Establish and refine operational standards, evaluation methodologies, and SOPs related to search evaluation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
