At Nexthink, we are reimagining how search, data, and AI-driven insights power the Product organization at scale. We are seeking a Senior Search Engineer to design and build intelligent search systems that enhance how users discover, access, and interact with data across our platform.
This role supports Nexthink’s Product organization, serving a group of 30+ people. You will operate in a highly autonomous, foundational role, acting as the primary engineer responsible for search architecture, information retrieval systems, and ML-driven ranking solutions . You will own technical direction and execution, while partnering with stakeholders who identify and prioritize search and data-driven opportunities.
The role requires strong engineering judgment, end-to-end ownership, and comfort operating independently in a production environment with real business impact.
